(EN)Methods and compositions for the modulation of wound healing, scar formation and organ fibrosis are provided. The methods and compositions involve modulation of the T cell death associated gene (TDAG51) and/or the related protein. The modulation of TDAG51 expression and/or activity may be effected by genetic or pharmacological means.
(FR)L'invention propose des procédés et des compositions pour moduler la guérison de lésion, la formation de cicatrice et la fibrose d'organe. Les procédés et les compositions font intervenir la modulation du gène associé à la mort des lymphocytes T (TDAG51) et/ou de la protéine associée.
