(EN)A Bifurcate catheter (100) having a self-orientating distal portion with improved pushability is disclosed. The distal portion of the bifurcate catheter includes a dilatation baloon (112, 114) attached to each of two distal branch portions of the catheter. The distal branch portions are of a length that permits rotational compliance of the distal portion of the bifurcate catheter as it is tracked over two guidewires and include at least one bond (120) between the distal branch portions to improve pushability.
