(EN)The present invention relates to a method of preparing bicyclic keto esters, which are intermediates for carbapenem-based antibiotics. The method of preparing carbapenem-based antibiotic intermediates according to the present invention has not only the fast reaction rate using co-catalysts and specific reaction solvents which may be allowed to have high activity of rhodium catalysts, but also reduces the amount of expensive rhodium catalysts. Therefore, the present invention is very economical and useful, in industrial aspects.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de cétoesters bicycliques qui constituent des intermédiaires pour des antibiotiques à base de carbapenems. Ce procédé de préparation d'intermédiaires d'anibiotiques à base de carpapenems présente une vitesse de réaction élevée grâce à des cocatalyseurs et des solvants réactionnels spécifiques pouvant présenter des catalyseurs rhodium hautement efficaces. En outre, ce procédé fait intervenir une quantité réduite de catalyseurs rhodium, lesdits catalyseurs rhodium étant onéreux. Ainsi, l'invention est économique et utile dans ses aspects industriels.
