(EN)A pseudoginseng fraction extract containing components inherent to pseudoginseng and having an IL-1β inhibitory activity is provided by extracting a fraction of pseudoginseng which shows a higher Rf value than ginsenoside Rg1 in thin layer chromatography wherein a methanol extract of pseudoginseng, silica gel and an organic solvent are employed respectively as a sample solution, an immobile phase and a developing solvent.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un extrait de fraction de pseudoginseng contenant des composants propres au pseudoginseng et possédant une activité inhibitrice de l'IL-1β qui est obtenu en extrayant une fraction de pseudoginseng, laquelle présente une valeur de Rf supérieure au ginsénoside Rg1 dans une chromatographie sur couche mince dans laquelle un extrait méthanolique de pseudoginseng, du gel de silice et un solvant organique sont employés respectivement en tant que solution d'échantillon, phase immobile et solvant de développement.
