(EN)Techniques are provided herein to configure first and second wireless communication devices in order to perform bi-directional beamformed multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication. Each device uses received signals from the other device to compute beamforming weight vectors for application to a plurality of signal streams to be simultaneously beamformed transmitted to the other device.
(FR)La présente invention porte sur des techniques utilisées pour configurer des premier et second dispositifs de communication sans fil afin d'assurer une communication à entrées multiples et à sorties multiples (MIMO) en faisceaux bidirectionnels. Chaque dispositif utilise les signaux reçus en provenance de l'autre dispositif pour calculer les vecteurs de pondération de formation de faisceau devant être appliqués à une pluralité de flux de signaux destinés à être simultanément transmis en faisceau à l'autre dispositif.
