(EN)Disclosed is a combination comprising (1) a polyaldehyde produced by introducing an aldehyde group into a side-chain glucose in β-1,3-glucan and (2) a polyamine produced by polymerizing a poly-L-lysine. The combination is useful as a material for a tissue-adhesive hydrogel which is less susceptible to the infection with a virus or the like, which has biodegradability/biocompatibility, which is highly safe, which is excellent in rate/strength of adhesion, and which can be used as a hemostatic agent or the like.
(FR)L'invention porte sur une combinaison comprenant (1) un polyaldéhyde obtenu par introduction d'un groupe aldéhyde dans un glucose de chaîne latérale dans du β-1,3-glycane et (2) une polyamine obtenue par polymérisation d'une poly-L-lysine. La combinaison est utile comme matière pour un hydrogel adhésif à un tissu qui est moins sujet à l'infection par un virus ou similaire, qui présente une biodégradabilité/biocompatibilité, qui est hautement sans danger, qui présente une excellente vitesse/résistance d'adhésion et qui peut être utilisé comme agent hémostatique ou similaire.
