(EN)A diffractive optical element (1) is made of infrared transmissive ceramic having enhanced optical characteristics achieved by improving processing accuracy. Ridges (11) and grooves (12) are repeatedly formed on the surface of the diffractive optical element. The average value of the surface roughness (Ra) in an optically effective area (10) of the surface of the diffractive optical element is 0.05 μm or less, and the difference in the surface roughness (Ra) in the optically effective area (10) of the surface is 0.02 μm or less.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un élément optique diffractif (1) qui est réalisé en céramique transmettant les infrarouges, ayant des caractéristiques optiques améliorées obtenues par l'amélioration de la précision de traitement.
