(EN)Disclosed is a bone-strengthening agent which comprises a milk protein fraction having the following properties (1) to (4): (1) the milk protein fraction is derived from milk; (2) the milk protein fraction is a fraction containing a protein component having a molecular weight of 6,000 to 150,000 Daltons; (3) in the constitutional amino acid composition of the milk protein fraction, the basic amino acid content is 12 to 14 wt%, and the ratio of the amount of a basic amino acid(s) to the amount of an acidic amino acid(s) is 0.5 to 0.7; and (4) the milk protein fraction has an activity of accelerating the calcification in an osteoblast.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un agent renforçant les os qui comprend une fraction de protéine du lait qui présente les propriétés (1) à (4) suivantes: (1) la fraction de protéine du lait est dérivée du lait; (2) la fraction de protéine du lait est une fraction contenant un constituant protéique ayant un poids moléculaire compris entre 6 00 et 150 000 Daltons; (3) dans la composition d'acides aminés du constituant de la fraction de protéine du lait, la teneur en acides aminés basiques se situe entre 12 et 14% en poids et le rapport entre la quantité du ou des acides aminés basiques et la quantité du ou des acides aminés acides se situe entre 0,5 et 0,7; et (4) la fraction de protéine du lait présente une activité d'accélération de la calcification dans un ostéoblaste.
