(EN)Disclosed is an inductive component comprising an element body (1) made of an insulating material, a coil portion (20) embedded in the element body (1), and an external electrode terminal (5) electrically connected to an end of the coil portion (20). This inductive component is improved in reliability against thermal shock by providing an exposed interface between the element body (1) and the external electrode terminal (5) with a stress relaxation portion (6), thereby relaxing the stress generated because of thermal expansion coefficient difference due to temperature change.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un composant inductif comportant un corps d'élément (1) fait d'un matériau isolant, une partie de bobine (20) incorporée dans le corps d'élément (1) et une borne d'électrode externe (5) électriquement connectée à une extrémité de la partie de bobine (20). Ce composant inductif est amélioré en fiabilité contre un choc thermique en munissant une interface exposée entre le corps d'élément (1) et la borne d'électrode externe (5) d'une partie de relaxation de contrainte (6), relaxant ainsi la contrainte générée en raison d'une différence de coefficient de dilation thermique suite à un changement de température.
(JA) 絶縁材料からなる素体(1)と、素体(1)の内部に埋設したコイル部(20)と、コイル部(20)の端部に電気的に接続した外部電極端子(5)と、を備えたインダクタンス部品であって、素体(1)と外部電極端子(5)との表出した界面に応力緩衝部(6)を設けた構成とすることにより、温度変化による熱膨張係数差により生じる応力を緩和することが可能となり、熱衝撃に対する信頼性を向上させることができる。
