(EN)A continuous preparation method of 3-isothiazolone derivates and their intermediates. This method includes four successive steps, which are sulfuration, purification, amination and chlorination. Compared with the intermittent method disclosed in the prior art, the present method requires less production equipment, can reduce energy consumption and simplifies the operation. So this method is very suitable for large-scale production.
(FR)L'invention porte sur une méthode de préparation séquentielle de dérivés de 3-isothiazolone et de leurs intermédiaires, en quatre étapes: sulfuration, purification, amination et chloruration. Comparée à la méthode discontinue de l'art antérieur, cette nouvelle méthode demande moins d'équipements de production, réduit la consommation d'énergie et simplifie les opérations. Elle est en outre très applicable à la production à grande échelle.
