The present invention relates to methods and systems for the analysis of the dissociation behavior of nucleic acids and the identification of nucleic acids. In one aspect, methods and systems are disclosed for resolving a denaturation curve of a sample containing a first and second nucleic acid into a resolved denaturation curve for the first nucleic acid and a resolved denuration curve for the second nucleic acid.

La présente invention porte sur des procédés et des systèmes pour l'analyse du comportement de dissociation d'acides nucléiques et l'identification d'acides nucléiques. Dans un aspect, des procédés et systèmes sont décrits pour décomposer une courbe de dénaturation d'un échantillon contenant un premier et un second acide nucléique en une courbe de dénaturation séparée pour le premier acide nucléique et une courbe de dénaturation séparée pour le second acide nucléique.
