[PROBLEMS] To prevent a sudden interruption of current while using a plurality of electric apparatuses as effectively as possible within the determined “restrictions” when connecting a power supply source “having restrictions such as an interruption of current when the use current exceeds the contracted current value” and a power load “consisting of a plurality of electric apparatuses” in view of the fact that, although there is no more annoying thing than power supply consumption restrictions represented by a “breaker” in the present society with an increasing number of electric apparatuses, however, door-to-door restrictions for power supply consumption with this type of current breaker is essential in order to effectively use limited resources. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Electric power from an electric power company is supplied to a breaker installed in each house via a pole transformer. A non-contact type current sensor is inserted in a power supply trunk line of the breaker in the house to detect a use current value and calculate an excessive current value which is a difference between the use current value and the contracted current value. Electric apparatuses which consume current having the excessive current value or above are not permitted to be plugged in.

La présente invention vise à empêcher le plus efficacement possible une interruption soudaine de l'alimentation, lorsqu'une pluralité d'appareils électriques sont utilisés simultanément, dans la limite des « restrictions » déterminées, lors de la connexion d'une source d'alimentation qui « présente des restrictions telles qu'une interruption de courant lorsque le courant utilisé dépasse la valeur de courant souscrite » et d'une puissance de charge « qui consiste en une pluralité d'appareils électriques », en considérant le fait que, bien qu'il n'y ait rien de plus embêtant dans la société actuelle, qui a recours à un nombre croissant d'appareils électriques, que les restrictions de consommation d'énergie mises en œuvre par un « disjoncteur », il est toutefois essentiel d'imposer des restrictions de consommation d'énergie chez tout un chacun, avec ce type de disjoncteur, afin d'optimiser l'utilisation de ressources limitées. L'objectif de l'invention est atteint en ce que le courant électrique fourni par une société de production d'électricité alimente un disjoncteur installé dans toutes les maisons par l'intermédiaire d'un transformateur sur poteau. Un capteur de courant du type sans contact est inséré dans une ligne de jonction d'alimentation du disjoncteur dans la maison pour détecter la valeur du courant utilisé et calculer une valeur de courant excessive correspondant à la différence entre la valeur du courant utilisé et la valeur de courant souscrite. Les appareils électriques qui consomment plus de courant que la valeur souscrite ne sont pas autorisés à être branchés.

【課題】電気機器がますます増えている社会にあって、“ブレーカ”に代表される電源消費制限ほど鬱陶しいものはないが、多くない資源を有効に使うにはこの種の電流遮断器による戸別の電源消費制限は外せない。“契約電流値を超過したときに電流遮断等の制限を有する”電力供給源と“複数電気機器から成る”電力負荷を接続する際に、その定められた“制限”内で複数電気機器を出来るだけ有効に使用しながら、突然の遮断を防ぐことが課題である。 【解決手段】 電力会社からの電力供給は、柱上トランスから宅内設置のブレーカに対して行われる。このブレーカの宅内側の電源幹配線に非接触型の電流センサを挟み込み、使用電流値を検知し、該使用電流値と契約電流値との差分すなわち余裕電流値を算出して、余裕電流値以上の電流を消費する電気機器の繋ぎ込みを許さないことにより解決する。
