Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein organisches elektrolumineszentes Bauelement, bei dem zwischen einer Elektrode (11) und einer Gegenelektrode (12) eine von der Elektrode und der Gegenelektrode elektrisch isolierte, organische Schichtanordnung (20) gebildet ist und von der Schichtanordnung eine lichtemittierende Schicht (16, 17) und ein der lichtemittierenden Schicht zugeordneter Ladungsträger-Erzeugungsbereich (20) umfasst sind, wobei der Ladungsträger-Erzeugungsbereich konfiguriert ist, beim Anlegen einer elektrischen Wechsel Spannung an die Elektrode und die Gegenelektrode positive und negative elektrische Ladungsträger bereitzustellen, und wobei in dem Ladungsträger-Erzeugungsbereich mittels einer p-dotierten organischen Schicht (22) und einer n-dotierten organischen Schicht (21, 23), die benachbart zu der p-dotierten organischen Schicht angeordnet ist, ein pn-Schichtübergang gebildet ist.

The invention relates to an organic electroluminescent component, wherein an organic layer arrangement (20) is formed between an electrode (11) and a counter electrode (12), said arrangement being electrically insulated from the electrode and counter electrode. The layer arrangement comprises a light emitting layer (16, 17) and a charge carrier production region (20) associated to the light emitting layer, wherein the charge carrier production region is configured to provide positive and negative electric charge carriers when an electric AC voltage is applied to the electrode and the counter electrode, and wherein in the charge carrier production region a pn-layer transition is formed by means of a p-doped organic layer (22) and a n-doped organic layer (21, 23), which is arranged next to the p-doped organic layer.

L'invention concerne un composant organique électroluminescent dans lequel un agencement de couches organiques (20) est constitué entre une électrode (11) et une contre-électrode (12) dont il est isolé. L'agencement de couches contient une couche émettrice de lumière (16, 17) et une zone de production de porteurs de charges (20) associée à la couche émettrice de lumière. La zone de production de porteurs de charges est configurée pour émettre des porteurs de charges positives et négatives lorsqu'une tension alternative électrique est appliquée à l'électrode et à la contre-électrode, et une jonction pn est constituée dans la zone de production de porteurs de charges au moyen d'une couche organique dopée p (22) et d'une couche organique dopée n (21, 23) qui est adjacente à la couche organique dopée p.
