Abstract

The present invention provides a method of an insulating loess brick, in which thermal insulating properties can be improved while maintaining various beneficial properties of loess by mixing pore forming particles (ice particles or frozen coal particles) with loess powder to form a mixture, compression-molding the mixture at predetermined pressure and then melting the pore forming particles at room temperature to naturally form the pores, and an insulating loess brick manufactured using the method. In order to accomplish the above objects, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a loess brick having thermal insulating properties, in which a pore is formed in the loess brick in order to improve the thermal insulating properties, including: mixing a frozen pore forming particle with loess powder to form a mixture; compression-molding the mixture in a state in which the pore forming particle is frozen to form a loess brick; and placing the loess brick at room temperature to form a pore in the loess brick as a result of melting of the pore forming particle.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'isolation d'une brique de loess dont les propriétés d'isolation thermique peuvent être améliorées tout en maintenant diverses propriétés avantageuses du loess. Le procédé consiste à mélanger des particules de formation de pores (particules de glace ou particules de charbon gelées) avec de la poudre de loess pour former un mélange; mouler par compression le mélange à une pression préétablie, puis mettre en fusion les particules de formation de pores à la température ambiante pour former naturellement les pores. L'invention concerne également une brique de loess isolante fabriquée selon le procédé de l'invention. Pour réaliser l'objet de l'invention, un procédé est mis en œuvre, qui permet de fabriquer une brique de loess possédant des propriétés d'isolation thermique améliorée grâce à la formation de pores. Le procédé consiste à: mélanger des particules de formation de pores gelée avec de la poudre de loess pour obtenir un mélange; mouler par compression le mélange dans un état où les particules de formation de pores sont gelées pour obtenir une brique de loess; et placer la brique de loess à la température ambiante pour y former des pores résultant de la fusion des particules de formation de pores.
