Disclosed are: a powder of a vinylidene fluoride polymer having a high molecular weight, which is excellent in the solubility in an organic solvent and is useful as an electrode binder for a non-aqueous battery; an NMP solution; and a method for producing an electrode mix. Specifically disclosed is a vinylidene fluoride polymer powder which is produced by using a vinylidene fluoride polymer that is produced by the supercritical suspension polymerization in an aqueous dispersion medium, in which the volume of pores each having a pore diameter of 0.03 to 1.0 μm inclusive makes up 77 to 93 vol% inclusive of the total pore volume as measured on a mercury porosimeter, and which has an inherent viscosity of 2.0 dl/g or more.

L'invention porte sur une poudre d'un polymère de fluorure de vinylidène de masse moléculaire élevée, qui présente une solubilité excellente dans un solvant organique et qui est utile comme liant d'électrode pour une batterie non aqueuse; une solution de NMP; et un procédé de fabrication d'un mélange d'électrode. De façon spécifique, l'invention porte sur une poudre de polymère de fluorure de vinylidène obtenue en utilisant un polymère de fluorure de vinylidène obtenu par polymérisation en suspension supercritique dans un milieu de dispersion aqueux, dans lequel le volume des pores ayant chacun un diamètre de pore de 0,03 à 1,0 μm inclus représentant 77 à 93 % en volume inclus du volume poreux total tel que mesuré sur un porosimètre à mercure, et dont la viscosité inhérente est égale ou supérieure à 2,0 dl/g.

有機溶媒に対する溶解性に優れた非水系電池用電極バインダーとして有用な高分子量のフッ化ビニリデン系ポリマー粉体、NMP溶液及び電極合剤の製造方法を提供する。水系分散媒での超臨界懸濁重合で製造されたフッ化ビニリデン系ポリマーで、水銀ポロシメータで測定した細孔直径0.03μm以上1.0μm以下の細孔容積が全細孔容積の77vol%以上93vol%以下を占め、且つインヘレント粘度が2.0dl/g以上のフッ化ビニリデン系ポリマー粉体を得る。
