Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum stoffschlüssigen Fügen von Werkstücken, bei dem ein an einem Werkstück gebildeter Werkstückbereich aus einer TiAl-Legierung und ein an einem anderen Werkstück gebildeter Werkstückbereich aus einer TiAl-Legierung oder einem von der TiAl-Legierung verschiedenen Hochtemperaturwerkstoff in einem Fügebereich unter Verwendung eines Fügezusatzstoffes gefügt werden, wobei der Fügezusatzstoff mindestens eines der Elemente Gallium und Indium enthält. Ferner bezieht sich die Erfindung auf ein Verfahren zum Materialauftragen auf ein Werkstück, bei dem auf einen Werkstückbereich aus einer TiAl-Legierung ein Auftragsmaterial aufgebracht wird, indem zwischen dem Auftragsmaterial und dem Werkstückbereich eine stoffschlüssige Verbindung hergestellt wird, wobei das Auftragsmaterial mindestens eines der Elemente Gallium und Indium und einen Füllstoff enthält.

The invention relates to a method for joining workpieces by bonding, wherein a workpiece region formed on a workpiece and made of a TiAl alloy and a workpiece region formed on another workpiece and made of a TiAl alloy, or a high-temperature material different from the TiAl alloy, are joined in a joining region using a joining additive, wherein the joining additive contains at least one of the elements of gallium and indium. The invention further relates to a method for applying material onto a workpiece, wherein an application material is applied onto a workpiece region made of a TiAl alloy in that a bonded connection is established between the application material and the workpiece region, wherein the application material contains at least one of the elements of gallium and indium and a filler.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour assembler, par liaison de matière, des pièces, procédé selon lequel une zone formée sur une pièce, constituée d'un alliage Ti-Al, et une zone formée sur une autre pièce, constituée d'un alliage Ti-Al ou d'un matériau réfractaire différent de l'alliage Ti-Al, sont assemblées dans une zone d'assemblage au moyen d'un additif d'assemblage qui contient au moins un des éléments suivants : gallium, indium. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour appliquer un matériau sur une pièce, procédé selon lequel un matériau est appliqué sur une zone d'une pièce constituée d'un alliage Ti-Al, par réalisation d'une liaison de matière entre le matériau appliqué et la zone de la pièce, le matériau appliqué contenant au moins un des éléments suivants : gallium, indium, ainsi qu'une charge.
