In a logical element (100), supporting sections (106) and a beam (107) whose both ends are supported by the supporting sections are formed. The beam (107) has its lower surface separated from the surface of a substrate (101), and forms a space between the facing surfaces of the beam (107) and the substrate (101). On one supporting section (105), an excitation electrode (108) is formed, and on the other supporting section (106), an oscillation detecting electrode (110) is formed.

Dans l'élément logique (100) selon l'invention, des sections support (106) et une poutre (107) dont les deux extrémités sont supportées par les sections support sont formées. La surface inférieure de la poutre (107) est séparée de la surface d'un substrat (101) et forme un espace entre les surfaces qui se font face de la poutre (107) et le substrat (101). Une électrode d'excitation (108) est formée sur une section support (105) et une électrode de détection d'oscillation (110) est formée sur l'autre section support (106).
