Abstract

This invention provides a high-frequency coaxial cable comprising an inner conductor and an insulator layer covering the surface of the inner conductor. In the coaxial cable, the insulator layer has satisfactory side pressure resistance, and the attenuation level in the transmission is low. An insulating layer having a higher foaming level and a higher mechanical strength as compared with the conventional insulating layer can be formed by foam molding a resin composition comprising a cyclic olefin resin, a high-density polyethylene, and a low-density polyethylene and/or a linear low-density polyethylene. As a result, the insulator layer covered on the inner conductor in the coaxial cable has lowered dielectric loss tangent and lowered permittivity and possesses excellent transmission characteristics and mechanical properties.

Cette invention concerne un câble coaxial haute fréquence comprenant un conducteur interne et une couche isolante recouvrant la surface du conducteur interne. Dans le câble coaxial, la couche isolante présente une résistance à la pression latérale satisfaisante, et le niveau d'atténuation en transmission est faible. Une couche isolante présentant un niveau de moussage et une résistance mécanique supérieurs par comparaison avec la couche isolante classique peut être formée par moulage de la mousse d'une composition de résine comprenant une résine d'oléfine cyclique, un polyéthylène haute densité et un polyéthylène basse densité et/ou un polyéthylène basse densité linéaire. Ainsi, la couche isolante recouvrant la surface du conducteur interne dans le câble coaxial présente une tangente de perte diélectrique réduite et une permittivité réduite, et possède d'excellentes caractéristiques de transmission et propriétés mécaniques.

 同軸ケーブルにおける内部導体上に被覆形成された絶縁体層が、十分な耐側圧性を有し、伝送における減衰量が低い高周波用同軸ケーブルを提供すること。  環状オレフィン系樹脂と、高密度ポリエチレンと、低密度ポリエチレン及び/又は直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンと、を含む樹脂組成物を発泡成形させることで、従来の絶縁層と比べて発泡度の高く、かつ機械的強度に優れた絶縁層を形成することができる。その結果、同軸ケーブルにおける内部導体上に被覆形成された絶縁体層は誘電正接及び誘電率が低くなり、伝送特性と機械特性に優れた高周波用同軸ケーブルを提供することができる。
