Abstract
(EN) A vehicle lighting system receives power from a power supply and includes a lighting control module, a lamp, and a ballast having a bias control circuit. The lighting control module provides a remote enable signal to the ballast in response to an input. The bias control circuit of the ballast receives a supply voltage from a power supply and the remote enable signal and selectively energizes a bias regulator circuit of the ballast as a function of the remote enable signal. When the bias regulator circuit is energized, a controller of the ballast operates the ballast to provide power from the power supply to the lamp.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'éclairage de véhicule qui reçoit de l'énergie d'une alimentation électrique et qui comprend un module de commande d'éclairage, une lampe et un ballast ayant un circuit de commande de polarisation. Le module de commande d'éclairage fournit un signal d'activation à distance au ballast en réponse à une entrée. Le circuit de commande de polarisation du ballast reçoit une tension d'alimentation provenant d'une alimentation électrique et du signal d'activation à distance et alimente sélectivement un circuit régulateur de polarisation du ballast en fonction du signal d'activation à distance. Lorsque le circuit régulateur de polarisation est alimenté, un dispositif de commande du ballast fait fonctionner le ballast pour fournir de l'énergie à partir de l'alimentation électrique à la lampe.
