Abstract:
(EN) According to a work mounting method by the work transfer apparatus of the prior art, a glass plate or a work may fail to abut against a window frame homogeneously at its peripheral edge portion, and the adhesion strength or the sealing property between the glass plate and the window frame may not be retained all over the periphery of the adhered portion. Provided is a work transfer apparatus (1), which grips a rear glass (5) by its gripping member (20) and mounts the rear glass (5) while pushing the gripped rear glass (5) onto the window frame (7a) of a car body (7) by the action of a supporting arm (10). The work transfer apparatus (1) comprises a control device (80), and each of absorption pads (30) of the gripping member (20) includes a force detecting sensor (31) for detecting the force to be applied to the absorption pads (30). The control device (80) controls, when it uses the work transfer apparatus (1) to mount the rear glass (5) on the window frame (7a), the actions of the supporting arm (10) on the basis of the magnitude of the detected value of the force detecting sensor (31) of each absorption pad (30).
(FR) Selon un procédé de montage de pièce au moyen de l'appareil de transfert de pièce de l'art antérieur, une plaque de verre ou une pièce peut ne pas être contiguë à un cadre de fenêtre de manière homogène au niveau de sa partie de bord périphérique, et la force d'adhésion ou la propriété d'étanchéité entre la plaque de verre et le cadre de fenêtre peut ne pas être maintenue sur toute la périphérie de la partie que l'on a fixée. Un appareil de transfert de pièce (1) proposé saisit une vitre arrière (5) grâce à son élément de préhension (20) et monte la vitre arrière (5) tout en poussant la vitre arrière saisie (5) sur le cadre de fenêtre (7a) d'une carrosserie de véhicule (7) par l'action d'un bras de support (10). L'appareil de transfert de pièce (1) comprend un dispositif de commande (80), et chacun des tampons d'absorption (30) de l'élément de préhension (20) comprend un détecteur de force (31) pour détecter la force devant être appliquée sur les tampons d'absorption (30). Le dispositif de commande (80) commande, lorsqu'il utilise l'appareil de transfert de pièce (1) pour monter la vitre arrière (5) sur le cadre de fenêtre (7a), les actions du bras de support (10) sur la base de la magnitude de la valeur détectée par le détecteur de force (31) de chaque tampon d'absorption (30).
(JA) 従来のワーク搬送装置によるワーク設置方法では、ワークとなるガラスの周縁部が均一に窓枠に当接しない場合があり、ガラスと窓枠との間の接着強度やシール性を接着部の全周にわたって確保することができなくなる恐れがあった。本発明に係るワーク搬送装置(1)は、把持具(20)によりリアガラス(5)を把持し、把持したリアガラス(5)を支持アーム(10)の動作により車体(7)の窓枠(7a)に対して押圧しつつリアガラス(5)を設置する。ワーク搬送装置(1)は制御装置(80)を備え、把持具(20)の各吸着パッド(30)は、吸着パッド(30)にかかる力を検出可能な力検出センサ(31)を備える。制御装置(80)は、ワーク搬送装置(1)を用いてリアガラス(5)を窓枠(7a)に設置する際に、各吸着パッド(30)の力検出センサ(31)の検出値の大きさに基づいて、支持アーム(10)の動作を制御する。
