A distribution request transmission unit (301) transmits a distribution request to a server. When a terminal (12) is selected as the most significant node by a server, a path decision unit (302) decides distribution paths arranged in the order from the more significant to the less significant node from the terminal (12) for each of the nodes introduced by the server. A data reception unit (303) receives data distributed from anode immediately above which is connected according to the decided distribution path. When there is a node immediately below which is connected according to the distribution path, a data transmission unit (308) transmits the received data to the node immediately below. When the data reception unit (303) receives data, a reception report return unit (309) returns a reception report to the most significant node if the reception report return unit (309) is the least significant node.

Une unité de transmission de requête de distribution (301) transmet une requête de distribution à un serveur. Lorsqu'un terminal (12) est sélectionné comme étant le nœud le plus significatif par un serveur, une unité de décision de trajet (302) décide des trajets de distribution agencés dans l'ordre allant du nœud le plus significatif au nœud le moins significatif à partir du terminal (12) pour chacun des nœuds introduits pas le serveur. Une unité de réception de données (303) reçoit des données distribuées provenant d'un nœud qui est connecté immédiatement au-dessus selon le trajet de distribution décidé. Lorsqu'il existe un nœud qui est connecté immédiatement au-dessous selon le trajet de distribution, une unité de transmission de données (308) transmet les données reçues au nœud immédiatement au-dessous. Lorsque l'unité de réception de données (303) reçoit des données, une unité de renvoi de rapport de réception (309) renvoie un rapport de réception au nœud le plus significatif si l'unité de renvoi de rapport de réception (309) est le nœud le moins significatif.

 配信要求送信部(301)は、サーバに向けて配信要求を送信する。経路決定部(302)は、サーバによって自己(端末(12))が最上位のノードに選定された場合に、サーバから紹介された各ノードについて、自己を起点にそれぞれ上位から下位に並べた配信経路を決定する。データ受信部(303)は、決定された配信経路に基づいて接続した直上のノードから配信されるデータを受信する。データ送信部(308)は、配信経路に基づいて接続した直下のノードがある場合に、受信したデータを直下のノードに送信する。そして、受信通知返信部(309)は、自己が最下位のノードである場合に、データ受信部(303)がデータを受信すると、最上位のノードに受信通知を返信する。
