A battery internal shortcircuit detection device includes: a battery temperature detection unit which detects a battery temperature Tr; an ambient temperature detection unit which detects an ambient temperature Te; an average heating value detection unit which detects an average value Pav of the battery heating value per a predetermined first period ΔW1 accompanying a battery discharge or charge; a battery temperature estimation unit which obtains a battery temperature Tp estimated to be reached after a predetermined second period ΔW2 has elapsed after detection of the average value Pav of the heating value, according to the average value Pav of the heating value and the ambient temperature Te; and an internal shortcircuit judging unit which decides that an internal shortcircuit has occurred when the actual battery temperature Tr after the elapse of the second period ΔW2 is equal to or greater than the estimated battery temperature Tp processed by a predetermined coefficient α.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de détection de court-circuit interne de batterie qui comprend: une unité de détection de température de batterie qui détecte une température de batterie Tr; une unité de détection de température ambiante qui détecte une température ambiante Te; une unité de détection de valeur de chauffage moyenne qui détecte une valeur moyenne Pav de la valeur de chauffage de batterie pour une première période prédéterminée ΔW1 accompagnant une décharge ou une charge de batterie; une unité d'estimation de température de batterie qui obtient une température de batterie Tp estimée devant être atteinte après qu'une seconde période prédéterminée ΔW2 s'est écoulée après la détection de la valeur moyenne Pav de la valeur de chauffage, selon la valeur moyenne Pav de la valeur de chauffage et la température ambiante Te; et une unité de détermination de court-circuit interne qui décide qu'un court-circuit interne s'est produit lorsque la température de batterie réelle Tr après l'écoulement de la seconde période ΔW2 est égale ou supérieure à la température de batterie estimée Tp traitée par un coefficient prédéterminé α.

 電池の内部短絡検知装置は、電池温度Trを検出する電池温度検出部と、環境温度Teを検出する環境温度検出部と、電池の放電または充電に伴う、予め定める第1期間ΔW1当りの電池の発熱量の平均値Pavを検出する平均発熱量検出部と、前記発熱量の平均値Pavを検出してから予め定める第2期間ΔW2経過後に到達しているであろうと推定される電池温度Tpを、当該発熱量の平均値Pavおよび環境温度Teに基づいて求める電池温度推定部と、前記第2期間ΔW2経過後の実際の電池温度Trが、前記推定される電池温度Tpに予め定める係数αを加味した値以上であるときに内部短絡と判定する内部短絡判定部とを含んでいる。
