Massenstromsensor (10), der ausgebildet ist zum Erfassen einer charakteristischen Größe für einen Massenstrom eines strömenden Fluids, und der aufweist ein Gehäuse (26), das einen Hohlraum (36) hat, und mindestens ein in dem Gehäuse (26) angeordnetes Sensorelement (30), das an den Hohlraum (36) grenzt und ein erstes äußeres Wandelement (27) des Massenstromsensors (10) bildet, wobei an den Hohlraum (36) ein zweites äußeres Wandelement (28) angrenzt. Das zweite äußere Wandelement (28) des Gehäuses (26) weist eine Membran (34) auf, die bei Anordnung des Massenstromsensors (10) in dem Fluid eine Transmission von Fluid in den Hohlraum (36) oder aus dem Hohlraum (36) ermöglicht.

Capteur de débit massique (10) conçu pour détecter une grandeur caractéristique d'un débit massique d'un écoulement fluidique, comprenant un boîtier (26) présentant un espace vide (36), et au moins un élément détecteur (30) disposé dans le boîtier (30), adjacent à l'espace vide (36) et formant un premier élément paroi externe (27) du capteur de débit massique (10), un deuxième élément paroi externe (28) étant adjacent à l'espace vide (36). Le deuxième élément paroi externe (28) du boîtier (26) présente une membrane (34) qui, lorsque le capteur de débit fluidique (10) est placé dans le fluide, permet une transmission de fluide vers ou depuis l'espace vide (36).
