A method for manufacturing a display easily and reliably repaired without damaging the display unit and the protective unit. The method comprises (A) a step of applying a resin composition which is the material of a cured resin to at least one of the display unit and the protective unit, (B) a step of bringing the display unit and the protective unit into contact with each other through the resin composition, and (C) a step of curing the resin composition by applying ultraviolet radiation from outside the protective unit to interpose the cured resin layer between the display unit and the protective unit. (b1) The display unit and the protective unit are separated from each other depending of a defect, if any, of the resin composition layer after step (B). (b2) The resin composition adhering to the separated display unit and the separated protective unit is removed with a removing solution containing an organic solvent.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un écran réparé de manière facile et fiable sans endommager l'unité d'affichage et l'unité protectrice. Le procédé comprend (A) une étape d'application d'une composition de résine qui est le matériau d'une résine durcie soit sur l'unité d'affichage, soit sur l'unité protectrice, soit sur les deux, (B) une étape de mise en contact de l'unité d'affichage et de l'unité protectrice l'une avec l'autre à travers la composition de résine, et (C) une étape de durcissement de la composition de résine par application d'un rayonnement ultraviolet depuis l'extérieur de l'unité protectrice pour intercaler la couche de résine durcie entre l'unité d'affichage et l'unité protectrice. (b1) L'unité d'affichage et l'unité protectrice sont séparées l'une de l'autre en fonction d'un défaut, s'il y en a un, de la couche de composition de résine après l'étape (B). (b2) La composition de résine adhérant à l'unité d'affichage séparée et à l'unité protectrice séparée est enlevée avec une solution d'enlèvement contenant un solvant organique.

 本発明は、表示部及び保護部にダメージを与えることなく容易かつ確実にリペア作業を行いうる表示装置の製造技術を提供するものである。本発明では、(A)前記表示部又は前記保護部の少なくとも一方に、前記樹脂硬化物の原料である樹脂組成物を塗布する。(B)前記表示部と前記保護部とを樹脂組成物を介して密着させる。(C)前記保護部の外方から紫外線を照射して前記樹脂組成物を硬化させることにより、前記表示部と前記保護部との間に前記樹脂硬化物層を介在させる。工程(B)の後、樹脂組成物層の不具合に応じ、(b1)前記表示部と前記保護部とを分離する。(b2)分離された前記表示部及び前記保護部上に付着している樹脂組成物を、有機溶剤を含有する除去用溶液によって剥離除去する。
