A system for measuring a height of a protuberance on a surface of an electric circuit, the system includes optics and a processor that are adapted to generate height estimations by applying a triangulation process and select a selected protuberance in response to a selection rule.

La présente invention concerne un système permettant la mesure de hauteur d'une protubérance à la surface d'un circuit électrique, le système comportant un instrument optique et un processeur qui sont adaptés pour générer des estimations de hauteur par application d'un procédé de triangulation et pour sélectionner une protubérance choisie en fonction d'une règle de sélection.
