In a machine (1) for the heat treatment of food products such as preserves, creams, sauces, pastes and the like, a container (2), which is an electrical conductor, provided with at least one bottom wall (3) and one side wall (4) to contain the said food products, is inductively heated by an induction heating unit (8).

Dans une machine (1) pour le traitement thermique de produits alimentaires tels que des conserves, des crèmes, des sauces, des pâtes et similaires, un conteneur (2), qui est un conducteur électrique, comportant au moins une paroi inférieure (3) et une paroi latérale (4) pour contenir lesdits produits alimentaires, est chauffé de façon inductive par une unité de chauffage par induction (8).
