Abstract

System and methods for detecting analytes such as pathogenic cells are described. The methods allow for the direct measurement of analytes such as pathogenic organisms without the need for sample preparation and/or PCR. The devices can be used individually as point-of-use sensors for airborne pathogens and other pathogenic organisms in foods and agriculture products.

L'invention concerne un système et des procédés pour la détection d'analytes tels que des cellules pathogènes. Les procédés permettent la mesure directe d'analytes tels que des organismes pathogènes sans avoir à préparer un échantillon et/ou à recourir à la PCR. Les dispositifs peuvent être utilisés individuellement en tant que détecteurs au point d'utilisation de pathogènes aérogènes et autres organismes pathogènes dans les aliments et les produits agricoles.
