[PROBLEMS] To provide a device for enhancing the communication efficiency of running information furthermore by taking account of the degree of necessity of collecting the running information of a vehicle in view of the operating state or attribute of the vehicle. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A traffic information processor (10) mounted on a vehicle (1) measures the running information of the vehicle (1), and issues the running information continually to a traffic information management server (20). Transmission interval T of the running information is set based on a speed v indicative of the operating state of the vehicle (1) according to a rule specified by the traffic information management server (20).

Le but de la présente invention est de proposer un dispositif permettant d'accroître encore plus l'efficacité de communication des informations de fonctionnement en prenant en compte le degré de nécessité de collecter les informations de fonctionnement d'un véhicule au vu de l'attribut ou de l'état opérationnel du véhicule. Dans la présente invention, un processeur d'informations de trafic (10) monté sur un véhicule (1) mesure les informations de fonctionnement du véhicule (1), et délivre continuellement les informations de fonctionnement à un serveur de gestion d'informations de trafic (20). Un intervalle de transmission T des informations de fonctionnement est fixé sur la base d'une vitesse v indiquant l'état opérationnel du véhicule (1) selon une règle spécifiée par le serveur de gestion des informations de trafic (20).

【課題】車両の動作状態または属性に鑑みた車両の走行情報の収集の必要性の高低を考慮することにより、走行情報の通信等のさらなる効率化を図ることができる装置等を提供する。 【解決手段】車両1に搭載されている交通情報処理装置10において、車両の走行情報が測定され、かつ、走行情報が断続的に交通情報管理サーバ20に発信される。車両1の動作状態を表す速度v等に基づき、交通情報管理サーバ20によって指定された規則にしたがって、走行情報の送信間隔Tが設定される。
