Abstract

A low consumption and intelligent safe gas-supply system for gas tanks comprises: at least two gas tanks and gas tank valves installed on them, charge valves with check valve, at least two gas-filled parallel unit pipes, high-pressure sensor, at least two gas-supply parallel unit pipes, gas-supply main conduit, reset pressure sensor, at least two solenoid valves with check valve, and electronic control module ECM. The invention has the characteristics such as the gas tanks supply gas in sequence, intelligent control, security and reliability for use, low consumption, high display precision for gas volume, decompression transfinite alarm and convenience for installing, use and maintenance etc., and it can be used in the vehicle hydrogen supply system in the fuel cell vehicles or the vehicle compressed natural gas-supply system in the natural gas vehicles, and also the high-pressure hydrogen or natural gas-supply system for gas tanks on the ground.

L'invention concerne un système d'alimentation de gaz sécurisé intelligent et basse consommation pour réservoirs de gaz qui comprend : au moins deux réservoirs de gaz sur lesquels sont installées des vannes pour réservoir de gaz, des vannes de chargement avec clapet anti-retour, au moins deux tuyaux d'unité parallèles remplis de gaz, un capteur haute pression, au moins deux tuyaux d'unité parallèles d'alimentation de gaz, un conduit principal d'alimentation de gaz, un capteur de pression à réarmement, au moins deux électrovannes avec clapet anti-retour et un module de commande électronique (ECM). L'invention possède entre autres les caractéristiques suivantes : les réservoirs de gaz fournissent le gaz en séquence, une commande intelligente, la sécurité et la fiabilité en vue d'utiliser une précision d'affichage élevée de faible consommation pour le volume de gaz, une alarme de décompression transfinie et un aspect pratique en vue de l'installation, l'utilisation et la maintenance, etc., et elle peut être utilisée dans le système d'alimentation d'hydrogène d'un véhicule dans les véhicules à piles à combustible ou le système d'alimentation de gaz naturel sous pression d'un véhicule dans les véhicules au gaz naturel, et également le système d'alimentation de gaz naturel ou d'hydrogène sous haute pression pour des réservoirs de gaz sur la terre ferme.
