Abstract
(EN) Hardware production, inspection and assorting system and method can be used for production, inspection and assorting the hardware such as spring, screw, connector. This system comprises a main control device, a production device, an inspection device and an assorting device. The main control device controls the inspection device to amplify and collect the image of the hardware. The main control device inspects and analyses the image which was collected, and sends the result to the assorting device to assort in order to divide the eligible product from the inferior, then feeds back the information of the inferior, for adjusting the productiondevice. This invention can improve the precision and efficiency of the inspection of the hardware to be inspected more greatly than the manual inspection, at the same time, the main control device can adjust the parameter of the production device synchronously, in order to correct the warp of the parameter, so as to reduce the ratio of the waster.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un système et un procédé de production, d'inspection et de tri d'articles de quincaillerie qui peuvent être utilisés pour la production, l'inspection et le tri d'articles de quincaillerie tels que des ressorts, des vis, des connecteurs. Ce système comprend un dispositif de commande principale, un dispositif de production, un dispositif d'inspection et un dispositif de tri. Le dispositif de commande principale commande le dispositif d'inspection de façon à amplifier et à collecter l'image de l'article de quincaillerie.
