Provided is a laser processing apparatus which can judge whether a nozzle attached by nozzle replacement is a nozzle that meets process conditions or not. The laser processing apparatus is provided with a nozzle information storage section (114) and a nozzle judgment processing section (118). The nozzle information storage section stores types of nozzles to be used by meeting the process conditions, and reference calibration data indicating relationship between a nozzle-processing subject distance and a capacitance for each nozzle type. The nozzle judgment processing section compares the results of the calibration executed by a calibration processing section (117) at the time of replacing the nozzles, with the reference calibration data, which is stored in the nozzle information storage section (114) and corresponds to the selected nozzle type based on the process conditions including the material and thickness of the processing subject, and judges whether the nozzle that corresponds to the selected nozzle type is attached or not.

L'invention concerne un appareil de traitement au laser qui peut juger si une buse fixée par remplacement de buse est une buse qui satisfait les conditions de traitement. L'appareil de traitement au laser comporte une section de stockage d'informations de buse (114) et une section de traitement de jugement de buse (118). La section de stockage d'informations de buse stocke des types de buses à utiliser en réponse à des conditions de traitement et des données de calibrage de référence indiquant une relation entre une distance objet de traitement-buse et une capacité pour chaque type de buse. La section de traitement de jugement de buse compare les résultats du calibrage exécuté par une section de traitement de calibrage (117) au moment du remplacement des buses, les données de calibrage de référence étant stockées dans la section de stockage d'informations de buse (114) et correspondant au type de buse sélectionné selon les conditions de traitement, y compris le matériau et l'épaisseur de l'objet de traitement, puis juge si la buse qui correspond au type de buse sélectionné est fixée.

 ノズルの交換時に取付けられたノズルが、加工条件に見合ったノズルであるか否かを判定することができるレーザ加工装置を得ること。加工条件に対応して使用されるノズル種類と、ノズル種類ごとにノズル-被加工物間距離と静電容量の関係を示す基準キャリブレーションデータと、を記憶するノズル情報記憶部114と、ノズル交換時にキャリブレーション処理部117で実行されたキャリブレーション結果を、被加工物の材質と厚さを含む加工条件に基づいて選択される選択ノズル種類に対応するノズル情報記憶部114中の基準キャリブレーションデータと比較して、選択ノズル種類に対応するノズルが装着されているか否かを判定するノズル判定処理部118と、を備える。
