Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Rohrleitung (1) aus Kunststoff für gefriergefährdete Medien, insbesondere für eine wässrige Harnstoff-Lösung zur Abgas-Nachbehandlung in Kraftfahrzeugen mit Verbrennungsmotoren, mit einer einen Strömungskanal (4) umschließenden Leitungswandung (2). Die Leitungswandung (2) ist zumindest in wenigstens einem Teilbereich ihrer Länge derart geformt und ausgebildet, dass der Strömungskanal (4) in einem drucklosen Zustand oder bei einem vorbestimmten Betriebsdruck (p1) des Mediums einen von der Kreisform abweichenden ersten Querschnitt (A1) mit einem ersten Umfang (U1) und bei einem durch einen Phasenwechsel beim Gefrieren des jeweiligen Mediums auftretenden, erhöhten Druck (p2) durch eine reversible Änderung der Querschnittsform im Wesentlichen ohne Materialdehnung der Leitungswandung (2) einen zweiten, vergrößerten Querschnitt (A2) mit einem zweiten Umfang (U2) aufweist. Dabei ist das Verhältnis (A1/A2) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Querschnitt (A1, A2) kleiner als eins und das Verhältnis (U1/U2) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Umfang ist zumindest annähernd gleich eins.

The pipeline wall (2) is shaped and formed, at least in at least one partial region of its length, in such a way that, in a pressureless state or under a predetermined operating pressure (p1) of the medium, the flow channel (4) has a first cross section (A1), deviating from the form of a circle, with a first circumference (U1), and under an increased pressure (p2), occurring due to a phase change when the respective medium freezes, the flow channel (4) has a second, increased cross section (A2), with a second circumference (U2), due to a reversible change in the cross-sectional shape, essentially without the material of the pipeline wall (2) expanding. In this case, the ratio (A1/A2) between the first cross section (A1) and the second cross section (A2) is less than one and the ratio (U1/U2) between the first circumference and the second circumference is at least approximately equal to one.

La présente invention concerne une conduite tubulaire (1) en plastique pour des fluides risquant de geler, notamment pour une solution d'urée aqueuse pour le post-traitement des gaz d'échappement dans les véhicules automobiles équipés de moteurs à combustion interne, avec une paroi de conduite (2) entourant un canal d'écoulement (4).
