Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rohrweiche für Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpen mit einer zylinderseitigen Brillenplatte (30), die zwei mit Förderzylindern (10,12) kommunizierende Öffnungen (14) aufweist, und mit einem vor der Brillenplatte (30) zwischen den beiden Öffnungen (14) hin- und herverschwenkbaren Schwenkrohr (32). Das Schwenkrohr (32) trägt auf seinem brillenplattenseitigen Ende einen begrenzt axial verschiebbaren, gegen die Brillenplatte (30) anpressbaren Schneidring (34). Der Schneidring (34) weist seinerseits einen Tragring (46) sowie eine zumindest auf der brillenplattenseitigen Stirnfläche stoffschlüssig mit dem Tragring (46) verbundene, in Umfangsrichtung geschlossene Schutzstruktur (48) aus verschleißfestem Material auf. Um einen übermäßigen Verschleiß an radial überstehenden Schwenkrohrteilen zu vermeiden, wird gemäß der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, dass der Tragring (46) des Schneidrings ein radial über die Schutzstruktur (48) überstehendes, verschleißfest ausgerüstetes Abschirmelement (82) aufweist, das eine das schneidringseitige Ende (80) des Schwenkrohrs (32) abschattende Umlenkfläche (84) für das bei einem Umschaltvorgang durch die Öffnung (14) austretende Dickstoffmaterial bildet.

The invention relates to a pipe junction for two-cylinder viscous matter pumps, comprising a spectacle-type plate (30) that faces the cylinders and has two openings (14) which communicate with conveying cylinders (10, 12), and a swivel pipe (32) that can be swiveled back and forth between the two openings (14) in front of the spectacle-type plate (30). At the end facing the spectacle-type plate, the swivel pipe (32) supports a cutting ring (34) which can be axially moved to a limited extent and can be pressed against the spectacle-type plate (30). The cutting ring (34) is fitted with a supporting ring (46) and a protective structure (48) which is made of wear-resistant material, is closed in the circumferential direction, and is integrally joined to the supporting ring (46) at least on the surface facing the spectacle-type plate. In order to prevent excessive wear on radially projecting parts of the swivel pipe, the supporting ring (46) of the cutting ring is provided with a wear-resistant shielding element (82) which radially projects from the protective structure and forms a deflection area (84) for the viscous matter that is discharged from the opening (14) during a switching process, said deflection area (84) shielding the end (80) of the swivel pipe (32) which faces the cutting ring.

La présente invention concerne un raccord de tuyauterie pour une pompe à doubles pistons pour matières épaisses comportant, d'une part côté pistons une platine à deux orifices (30) dont les deux orifices (14) communiquent avec les cylindres des pistons (10, 12), et d'autre part un tube orientable (32) entre les deux orifices (14). L'extrémité côté platine à deux orifices du tube orientable (32) porte une bague coupante (34) à course de coulissement limitée s'appliquant avec pression contre la platine à deux orifices (30). La bague coupante (34) comporte quant à elle une bague porteuse (46) ainsi qu'une structure de protection (48) en matériau anti-usure fermée sur elle-même garnissant la face frontale au moins côté platine à deux orifices et reliée à la bague porteuse (46) par liaison de matière. Pour éviter une usure excessive des parties débordantes du tube orientable, l'invention propose que la bague porteuse (46) de la bague coupante comporte un blindage (82) à garniture anti-usure débordant radialement au-dessus de la structure de protection (48), et que ce blindage (82) constitue pour la matière épaisse sortant par l'orifice (14) une surface de déflexion (84) protégeant l'extrémité côté bague coupante (80) du tube orientable (32).
