Verfahren zur Fahrtrichtungserkennung oder zur Erkennung eines Fahrtrichtungswechsels eines Kraftfahrzeugs, welches zumindest zwei Raddrehzahlsensoranordnungen (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) aufweist, die jeweils einen Encoder mit einem inkrementellen Maßstab und mehreren Maßstabsteilungen sowie einen Raddrehzahlsensor (SEa, SEb, SEc, SEd) umfassen und mit einer elektronischen Kontrolleinheit verbunden sind, wobei die Raddrehzahlsensoren bei Erfassung einer Maßstabsteilung jeweils ein Drehzahlsignal an die elektronische Kontrolleinheit übertragen, wobei die Fahrtrichtung oder ein Fahrtrichtungswechsel zumindest aus der Reihenfolge des Auftretens der Drehzahlsignale bezüglich der einzelnen Raddrehzahlsensoranordnungen (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) ermittelt wird. Die Erfindung betrifft darüber hinaus ein Computerprogrammprodukt zur Durchführung aller Schritte des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.

Method for detecting the direction of travel or for detecting a change in the direction of travel of a motor vehicle having at least two wheel speed sensor arrangements (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) which each comprise an encoder having an incremental scale and a plurality of scale graduations and a wheel speed sensor (SEa, SEb, SEc, SEd) and are connected to an electronic control unit, wherein, when a scale graduation is detected, the wheel speed sensors each transmit a speed signal to the electronic control unit, and wherein the direction of travel or a change in the direction of travel is determined at least from the order in which the speed signals occur with respect to the individual wheel speed sensor arrangements (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d). The invention also relates to a computer program product for carrying out all of the steps of the method according to the invention.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection du sens de déplacement ou de détection d'un changement de sens de déplacement d'un véhicule automobile, lequel présente au moins deux arrangements de détecteurs de vitesse de rotation de roue (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) qui comprennent respectivement un codeur à échelle incrémentale et plusieurs divisions d'échelle ainsi qu'un détecteur de vitesse de rotation de roue (SEa, SEb, SEc, SEd) et qui sont reliés avec une unité de contrôle électronique. Selon l'invention, les détecteurs de vitesse de rotation de roue, lors de la détection d'une division d'échelle, transmettent à chaque fois un signal de vitesse de rotation à l'unité de contrôle électronique et le sens de déplacement ou un changement de sens de déplacement est déterminé au moins à partir de la séquence d'apparition des signaux de vitesse de rotation en référence aux arrangements de détecteurs de vitesse de rotation de roue (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) individuels. L'invention concerne en plus de cela un programme informatique destiné à exécuter toutes les étapes du procédé selon l'invention.
