Um ein Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen approximativen Bestimmen des jeweiligen Sendebereichs (S1, S2) von Sendern, insbesondere von RDS-Sendern und/oder von RDS-Senderketten, für mindestens einen in einem sich entlang einer Route (R) bewegenden Fahrzeug, insbesondere in einem Kraftfahrzeug, zu betreibenden Empfänger oder Tuner so weiterzuentwickeln, dass eine Senderlandschaft, insbesondere eine TMC-Senderlandschaft, so abgebildet wird, dass in Abhängigkeit von derjeweiligen Position des Fahrzeugs eine Auswahl an bestmöglichen Sendern zur Verfügung gestellt und darüber hinaus eine Alternative zur Speicherung von absoluten Frequenzen geboten wird, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der jeweilige Sendebereich (S1, S2) kreisförmig approximiert wird.

To develop a method for continuous approximative determination of the respective transmission range (S1, S2) of stations, particularly of RDS stations and/or of RDS station chains, for at least one receiver or tuner which is to be operated in a vehicle moving along a route (R), particularly in a motor vehicle, further such that a station territory, particularly a TMC station territory, is mapped such that the respective position of the vehicle is taken as a basis for providing a selection of best possible stations and furthermore presenting an alternative to storing absolute frequencies, it is proposed that the respective transmission range (S1, S2) be approximated in circular fashion.

L'invention permet d'améliorer un procédé de détermination approximative continue de la plage d'émission (S1, S2) respective d'émetteurs, notamment d'émetteurs RDS et/ou de chaînes d'émetteurs RDS, pour au moins un récepteur ou un tuner à utiliser dans un véhicule qui se déplace le long d'un trajet (R), notamment dans un véhicule automobile, en ce qu'un environnement d'émetteurs, notamment un environnement d'émetteurs TMC, est configuré de manière à réaliser une sélection des meilleurs émetteurs possibles en fonction de la position correspondante du véhicule et à offrir en plus de cela une variante permettant de mémoriser des fréquences absolues. Conformément à l'invention, la plage d'émission (S1, S2) respective est déterminée par approximation circulaire.
