Die Erfindung betrifft eine Positionsmessvorrichtung (16) für einen Aktor (11) zur Messung einer Position eines Aktorglieds (17) des Aktors in einem Bewegungsraum (19) eines Aktor-Gehäuses, das in dem Bewegungsraum (19) entlang einer Messstrecke (51) der Positionsmessvorrichtung (16) beweglich angeordnet ist, und mit einer Ausgabe-Schnittstelle (47) zur Ausgabe eines von der Position des Aktorglieds (17) entlang der Messstrecke (51) abhängigen analogen Positionssignals. Bei der Positionsmessvorrichtung (16) ist vorgesehen, dass das Positionssignal ein Fein-Positionssignal (55) enthält, das zu einer Fein-Positionsausgabe einer Position des Aktorglieds (17) auf mindestens einem Teilabschnitt (52, 53) der Messstrecke (51) einen oder mehrere Teilabschnittsgradienten aufweist, dass der mindestens eine Teilabschnittsgradient größer als ein Gesamt-Gradient (59) ist oder die dem mindestens einen Teilabschnitt (52) zugeordneten Teilabschnittsgradienten (57) insgesamt im Mittel größer als der Gesamt-Gradient (59) sind, mit dem alle Positionen innerhalb einer Maximalausgabeamplitude (AG) eines Positionssignals entlang der gesamten Messstrecke (51) ausgebbar sind.

The invention relates to a position-measuring apparatus (16) for an actuator (11) for the measurement of a position of an actuator member (17) of the actuator in a movement space (19) of an actuator housing, which actuator member (17) is movably arranged in the movement space (19) along a measurement length (51) of the position-measuring apparatus (16) and which has an output interface (47) for the output of an analog position signal in accordance with the position of the actuator member (17) along the measurement length (51). It is provided that the position-measuring apparatus (16) has a position signal which contains a fine-position signal (55) which has one or more section gradients on at least one section (52, 53) of the measurement length (51) at one fine-position output of a position of the actuator member (17), and the at least one section gradient is greater than a total gradient (59) or the section gradients (57) which are assigned to at least one section (52) are altogether on average greater than the total gradient (59) with which all positions can be output within a maximum output amplitude (AG) of one position signal along the total measurement length (51).
