Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides a method for producing a replicase comprising EF-Ts, EF-Tu and β polypeptide subunits, the method comprising expressing in a suitable host cell the EF-Ts and EF-Tu subunits, followed by expressing the β subunit, wherein the EF-Ts and EF-Tu subunits are operably linked to a first promoter and the β subunit is operably linked to a second promoter, and wherein the first and second promoters are differentially induced.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une réplicase comprenant les sous-unités polypeptidiques EF-Ts, EF-Tu et β. Le procédé comprend l'expression dans une cellule hôte appropriée des sous-unités EF-Ts et EF-Tu, suivie par l'expression de la sous-unité β, les sous-unités EF-Ts et EF-Tu étant liées de façon fonctionnelle à un premier promoteur et la sous-unité β étant liée de façon fonctionnelle à un second promoteur, les premier et second promoteurs étant induits de façon différentielle.
