(EN)According to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a method for determining the toxicity of a sample flow. In this method according to the invention use is made of a microbial fuel cell. According to a further aspect, the invention relates to an apparatus suitable for performing the method according to the invention. Such an apparatus can for instance be applied as a biosensor.
