(EN)The present invention relates to a ruthenium-type dye and a making method thereof, and more particularly, to a ruthenium-type dye which is used to manufacture a dye-sensitized solar cell, drastically improves a molar extinction coefficient to enhance efficiency of a solar cell with only a small amount of a dye and oxide semiconductor particles, allows a thin film solar cell element to be manufactured without difficulty and sharply reduces manufacturing costs of a solar cell, and a making method thereof.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un colorant au ruthénium et un procédé de fabrication correspondant, et plus particulièrement un colorant au ruthénium utilisé pour fabriquer une cellule solaire rendue sensible par un colorant. L'invention améliore ainsi considérablement un coefficient d'extinction molaire pour accroître l'efficacité d'une cellule solaire avec seulement une petite quantité d'une teinture et de particules d'oxyde semi-conducteur. L'invention et le procédé de fabrication correspondant, facilitent la fabrication d'un élément de cellule solaire en film mince, et réduisent de façon remarquable les coûts de fabrication d'une cellule solaire.
