(EN)Disclosed are: a cellulose derivative having a repeating unit represented by the formula below; a composition comprising the cellulose derivative and a phospholipid; a method for production of the cellulose derivative or the composition; and an anti-adhesive agent comprising the derivative or the composition. wherein R1, R2 and R3 independently represent -H, -CH2-COOH, -CH2-COOX or -CH2CO-phosphatidylethanolamine; and X represents an alkali metal or an alkali earth metal, provided that the sum total of the substitution degrees of -CH2-COOH and -CH2-COOX is 0.3 to 2.0 and the substitution degree of -CH2CO-phosphatidylethanolamine is 0.001 to 0.05.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un dérivé de cellulose ayant une unité répétitive représentée par la formule ci-après ; sur une composition comprenant le dérivé de cellulose et un phospholipide ; sur un procédé de fabrication du dérivé de cellulose ou de la composition ; et sur un agent anti-adhésif comprenant le dérivé ou la composition dans laquelle R1, R2 et R3 représentent indépendamment -N, -CH2-COOH, -CH2-COOX ou -CH2-CO-phosphatidyléthanolamine ; et X représente un métal alcalin ou un métal alcalino-terreux, à la condition que la somme totale des degrés de substitution de -CH2-COOH et -CH2-COOX soit de 0,3 à 2,0 et que le degré de substitution de -CH2CO-phosphatidyléthanolamine soit de 0,001 à 0,05.
