(EN)Disclosed is a method for the screening of a substance for the prevention or treatment of a degenerative disease, which enables to screen a substance useful for the prevention or treatment of a degenerative disease while observing a biological reaction in a cell tissue induced by a mechanical load in vitro. Specifically disclosed is a method for the screening of a substance for the prevention or treatment of a degenerative disease, which comprises adding a candidate substance to a cell tissue placed in a culture container and determining the change in the cell tissue which is caused by applying a mechanical load to the cell tissue, thereby evaluating the substance.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un procédé de criblage d'une substance permettant la prévention ou le traitement d'une maladie dégénérative. Le procédé permet de cribler une substance utile pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une maladie dégénérative tout en observant une réaction biologique dans un tissu de cellule induit par une charge mécanique in vitro. De façon spécifique, l'invention porte sur un procédé de criblage d'une substance pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une maladie dégénérative. Le procédé comporte l'addition d'une substance candidate à un tissu cellulaire placé dans un contenant de culture et la détermination du changement dans le tissu cellulaire provoqué par l'application d'une charge mécanique au tissu cellulaire, permettant ainsi d'évaluer la substance.
(JA) in vitroで力学的負荷による細胞組織の生物反応を観察しながら、退行性疾患の予防用又は治療用の薬剤のスクリーニングを行うことができるようにした退行性疾患の予防用又は治療用の薬剤のスクリーニング方法を提供することを目的とし、退行性疾患の予防用又は治療用の薬剤のスクリーニング方法であって、培養容器に載置した細胞組織に、スクリーニング対象の薬剤を添加するとともに力学的負荷刺激を付与したときの細胞組織の変化を測定することにより、薬剤の評価を行う。
