(EN)Provided is a planar light emitting device which has high extraction efficiency of light emitted from an organic light emitting layer without light angle dependency. A planar light emitting device (10) is provided with a light extracting layer (22), which is formed of a polymer on a transparent substrate (12) on an organic EL element (30), with a continuous unevenness formed at random on a surface of the polymer in contact with air. The unevenness is formed of curved surfaces. Since the unevenness (24) has the curved surfaces, a refractive index between the light extracting layer (22) and the air gradually changes. Furthermore, since theunevenness (24) has no flat portion, light that returns to the inside of the planar light emitting device (10) by being reflected on an interface is reduced.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif d'émission de lumière plan qui présente un rendement d'extraction élevé de lumière émise à partir d'une couche d'émission de lumière organique, sans dépendance à l'angle de la lumière. Un dispositif d'émission de lumière plan (10) comporte une couche d'extraction de lumière (22), qui est formée d'un polymère sur un substrat transparent (12) sur un élément électroluminescent organique (30), ayant une irrégularité continue formée de façon aléatoire sur une surface du polymère en contact avec l'air.
