(EN)When a persistent scheduling is used, upon detection of shift from a talk mode to a no-sound mode, a resource of the no-sound mode is allocated for a channel dedicated to the no-sound mode and a resource which has been allocated to a mobile terminal during the talk mode is released. This reduces useless allocation of resources, thereby improving the throughput of the system.
