(EN)Nickel and/or vanadium can be removed or transferred from a hydrocarbon phase to a water phase using an Extractant Composition selected from an isocyanate, a thiocyanate, a cyanides, mercaptides, nitrites, and mixtures thereof. The Extractant Composition may also include at least one mineral acid, a solvent, and other additives. The invention permits transfer of vanadium and nickel from a hydrocarbon into an aqueous phase with little or no hydrocarbon phase undercarry into the aqueous phase. The composition is particularly useful in treating crude oil.
(FR)Selon l'invention, le nickel et/ou le vanadium peuvent être éliminés ou transférés passant d'une phase hydrocarbure à une phase aqueuse en utilisant une composition d'agent d'extraction choisie parmi un isocyanate, un thiocyanate, un cyanure, des mercaptides, des nitrites et des mélanges de ceux-ci. La composition d'agent d'extraction peut également comprendre au moins un acide minéral, un solvant et d'autres additifs. L'invention permet le transfert du vanadium et du nickel à partir d'un hydrocarbure dans une phase aqueuse avec peu ou pas de perte de transfert de phase hydrocarbure vers la phase aqueuse.
