(EN)Disclosed is a phenothiazine derivative dye detection method which enables to detect a phenothiazine derivative dye at a wavelength longer than a wavelength at which the maximum absorption peak appears. A reaction system comprising a phenothiazine derivative dye is added with a 5-hydroxy-1-(4-sulfophenyl)-4-(4-sulfophenylazo)pyrazole-3-carboxylate salt, a 6-hydroxy-5-(4-sulfophenylazo)-2- naphthalenesulfonate salt, a 3-hydroxy-4-(4-suofonaphthylazo) -2,7-naphthalenedisulfonate salt, a 7-hydroxy-8-(4-sulfonaphthylazo)-1,3-naphthalenedisulfonate salt, a 3',6'-dihydroxy-2',4',5',7'- tetraiodospiro[isobenzofuran-1(3H),9'-(9H)xanthen]-3-one salt, 3',6'-dihydroxy-2',4',5',7'-tetrabromo-4,5,6,7- tetrachlorospiro[isobenzofuran-1(3H),9'-[9H]xanthen]-3-one salt, a 4,5,6,7-tetrachloro-3',6'-dihydroxy- 2',4',5',7'-tetraiodospiro[isobenzofuran-1(3H),9'- [9H]xanthen]-3-one salt or a flavonoid dye. Subsequently, the phenothiazine derivative dye is detected by the measurement of an absorbance of the reaction system at a wavelength of 610 to 730 nm.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de colorant au dérivé phénothiazine qui permet de détecter un colorant au dérivé phénothiazine à une longueur d'onde supérieure à celle à laquelle se produit la crête d'absorption maximum. Dans un système de réaction comprenant un colorant au dérivé phénothiazine, on ajoute un sel 5-hydroxy-1-(4-sulfophényl)-4-(4-sulfophénylazo)pyrazole-3-carboxylate, un sel 6-hydroxy-5-(4-sulfophénylazo)-2- naphtalènesulfonate, un sel 3-hydroxy-4-(4-sulfonaphtylazo) -2,7-naphtalènedisulfonate, un sel 7-hydroxy-8-(4-sulfonaphtylazo)-1,3-naphtalènedisulfonate, un sel 3',6'-dihydroxy-2',4',5',7'- tétraiodospiro[isobenzofuran-1(3H),9'-(9H)xanthen]-3-one, un sel 3',6'-dihydroxy-2',4',5',7'-tétrabromo-4,5,6,7- tétrachlorospiro[isobenzofuran-1(3H),9'-[9H]xanthen]-3-one, un sel 4,5,6,7-tétrachloro-3',6'-dihydroxy- 2',4',5',7'-tétraiodospiro[isobenzofuran-1(3H),9'- [9H]xanthen]-3-one ou un colorant flavonoïde. On détecte ensuite le colorant au dérivé phénothiazine par la mesure de l'absorbance du système de réaction à une longueur d'onde comprise entre 610 et 730 nm.
(JA) フェノチアジン誘導体色素を、最大吸収を示す波長より長波長側でも検出することを可能とするフェノチアジン誘導体色素検出方法を提供する。フェノチアジン誘導体色素を含む反応系に、5-ヒドロキシ-1-(4-スルホフェニル)-4-(4-スルホフェニルアゾ)ピラゾール-3-カルボン酸塩、6-ヒドロキシ-5-(4-スルホフェニルアゾ)-2-ナフタレンスルホン酸塩、3-ヒドロキシ-4-(4-スルホナフチルアゾ)-2,7-ナフタレンジスルホン酸塩、7-ヒドロキシ-8-(4-スルホナフチルアゾ)-1,3-ナフタレンジスルホン酸塩、3’,6’-ジヒドロキシ-2’,4’,5’,7’-テトラヨードスピロ[イソベンゾフラン-1(3H),9’-(9H)キサンテン]-3-オン塩、3’,6’-ジヒドロキシ-2’,4’,5’,7’-テトラブロモ-4,5,6,7,-テトラクロロスピロ[イソベンゾフラン-1(3H),9’-[9H]キサンテン]-3-オン塩、4,5,6,7-テトラクロロ-3’,6’-ジヒドロキシ-2’,4’,5’,7’-テトラヨードスピロ[イソベンゾフラン-1(3H),9’-[9H]キサンテン]-3-オン塩またはフラボノイド系色素を添加した後、波長610~730nmにおける吸光度測定によりフェノチアジン誘導体色素を検出する。
