Abstract:
(EN) A flexible, transparent electrode structure and a method of fabrication thereof are provided comprising a transparent electrode which may maintain electrical connectivity across a surface of a flexible substrate so that the substrate may flex without affecting the integrity of an electrical contact. The transparent electrode includes conductive nanowires that are coupled to the substrate through a conducting oxide layer. The conducting oxide layer effectively provides a template onto which the nanowires are deposited and serves to anchor the nanowires to the substrate surface.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure d'électrodes transparentes, flexibles et un procédé de fabrication de celles-ci comprenant une électrode transparente qui peut maintenir une connectivité électrique à travers une surface d'un substrat flexible de sorte que le substrat puisse fléchir sans affecter l'intégrité d'un contact électrique. L'électrode transparente comprend des nanofils conducteurs qui sont couplés au substrat à travers une couche d'oxyde conductrice. La couche d'oxyde conductrice fournit de manière efficace un gabarit sur lequel les nanofils sont déposés et sert à ancrer les nanofils sur la surface du substrat.
