Abstract

A kind of multiply modified derivatives of gelatin having not only the structure of formula (I) but also one of structures of formula (II), (III), and (IV) as well. In the formulas, G refers to gelatin residue comprising A type, B type and the type of gene restructuring; R1 refers to alkylene, or a linkage group with amide; R2 refers to alkyl, or aryl; R3 refers to alkylene; R4 refers to carboxyl or carboxylate. The multiple modifying ways of gelatin comprise the modifying way of hydrophobic activating the amide of branch amine group of gelatin, the modifying way of carboxylating the amide of branch amine group of gelatin, the modifying way of thiolating the branch carboxyl group of gelatin, and the modifying way of thiolating the modified product of carboxylating the amide of branch amine group of gelatin. The multiply modified derivatives of gelatin have versatile chemical structures and multi-functions. The multiply modified derivatives of gelatin linked with crosslinking agent can provide crosslinked gelatin material. The crosslinked gelatin material can be used for matrix of bacterial growth.

L'invention concerne un type de dérivés multiples de gélatine modifiés représentés par la formule (I) mais également par l'une des formules (II), (III) et (IV). Dans ces formules, G représente un résidu de gélatine de type A, de type B type et du type issu de gène modification; R1 représente alkylène, ou un groupe de liaison avec un amide; R2 représente alkyle ou aryle; R3 représente alkylène; et R4 représente carboxyle ou carboxylate. Les multiples procédés de modification de la gélatine comprennent les opérations suivantes : activation hydrophobe de l'amide du groupe amine sur ramification de gélatine, carboxylation de l'amide du groupe amine sur ramification de gélatine, sulfurisation du groupe carboxyle sur ramification de gélatine, et sulfurisation du produit modifié obtenu par carboxylation de l'amide du groupe amine sur ramification de gélatine. Les multiples dérivés de gélatine modifiés présentent des structures polyvalentes et multi-fonctions. Les multiples dérivés de gélatine modifiés liés à un agent de réticulation peuvent fournir un matériau gélatineux réticulé. Ledit matériau gélatineux réticulé peut être utilisé comme matrice de croissance bactérienne.
