Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektronisches Bauelement, insbesondere lichtemittierendes elektronisches Bauelement, mit einer Anode, einer Kathode und mindestens einer organischen Schichtanordnung, die zwischen der Anode und der Kathode angeordnet und in elektrischem Kontakt mit der Anode und der Kathode ist und die mindestens einen der folgenden Bereiche aufweist: einen beim Anlegen eines elektrischen Potentials an die Anode und die Kathode elektrische Ladungen erzeugenden Bereich mit einem np-Übergang, der mit einer Schicht aus einem organischen Halbleitermaterial vom p-Typ und einer n-dotierten Schicht aus einem organischen Halbleitermaterial vom n-Typ gebildet ist, die mit einer leitenden Schicht der Anode in Kontakt ist, und einen beim Anlegen des elektrischen Potentials an die Anode und die Kathode weitere elektrische Ladungen erzeugenden Bereich mit einem pn-Übergang, die mit einer Schicht aus einem organischen Halbleitermaterial vom n-Typ und einer p-dotierten Schicht aus einem organischen Halbleitermaterial vom p-Typ gebildet ist, die mit einer leitenden Schicht der Kathode in Kontakt ist.
