Abstract

A boss structure of an impeller of a blower in which the impeller has an increased strength and an impeller of a blower having the same. The rotating shaft (106) of a motor (105) for rotating the impeller (100) of the blower is fitted to the boss structure (1). The boss structure comprises a hub (10) having a tubular part (12) extending in the axial direction of the rotating shaft, a vibration damping member (20) holding the tubular part (12) from the radial both sides, a first boss (31) which supports the portion of the vibration damping member (20) in contact with the radial one side of the tubular part (12) and to which the rotating shaft (106) is attached, and a second boss (32) supporting the portion of the vibration damping member (20) in contact with the radial other side of the tubular part (12) and rotating integrally with the first boss (31).

L'invention concerne la structure de bossage de la turbine d'un souffleur, dans laquelle la turbine a une résistance accrue, et la turbine d'un souffleur ayant celle-ci. L'arbre rotatif (106) d'un moteur (105) pour entraîner en rotation la turbine (100) du souffleur est monté sur la structure de bossage (1). La structure de bossage comporte un moyeu (10) ayant une partie tubulaire (12) s'étendant dans la direction axiale de l'arbre rotatif, un élément d'amortissement de vibrations (20) maintenant la partie tubulaire (12) des deux côtés radiaux, un premier bossage (31) qui soutient la partie de l'élément d'amortissement de vibrations (20) en contact avec le côté radial de la partie tubulaire (12) et auquel l'arbre rotatif (106) est fixé, un second bossage (32) soutenant la partie de l'élément d'amortissement de vibrations (20) en contact avec l'autre côté radial de la partie tubulaire (12) et tournant intégralement avec le premier bossage (31).

 羽根車の強度を向上させることが可能な送風機の羽根車のボス構造及びそれを備えた送風機の羽根車を提供する。ボス構造(1)は、送風機の羽根車(100)を回転駆動させるモータ(105)の回転軸(106)が軸着されるボス構造であって、回転軸方向に延びる筒状部(12)を有するハブ(10)と、筒状部(12)を径方向両側から挟む防振部材(20)と、防振部材(20)のうち筒状部(12)の径方向一方側に接する部分を支持しており回転軸(106)が軸着される第1ボス(31)と、防振部材(20)のうち筒状部(12)の径方向他方側に接する部分を支持しており第1ボス(31)と一体回転する第2ボス(32)とを備えている。
