A band-shaped polarization film (F), which has a protection film extended on one face and a separator extended on the other face, is let off and fed from a film feeding unit (1), and is subjected to a visual inspection. The protection film and the polarization film (F) are then half-cut by a laser device (11) while leaving the separator. After this, the films are transferred and guided to a peeling mechanism (4) so that the polarization film (F) is fed, while the separator being peeled by a knife edge, into an adhering mechanism (5). In synchronism with this feeding action of the polarization film (F), a liquid crystal panel (W) fed from a panel transfer device (18) is transferred and guided to the adhering mechanism (5), and the polarization film (F) is adhered to the liquid crystal panel (W).

Cette invention porte sur un film (F) de polarisation en forme de bande, possédant un film de protection s'étendant sur une face et un séparateur s'étendant sur l'autre face, qui est déroulé et alimenté à partir d'une unité d'alimentation de film (1), et qui est soumis à une inspection visuelle. Le film de protection et le film de polarisation (F) sont ensuite à moitié coupés par un dispositif laser (11) tout en laissant le séparateur. Après cette étape, les films sont transférés et guidés jusqu'à un mécanisme de délaminage (4), de telle sorte que le film de polarisation (F) est alimenté, tandis que le séparateur est pelé par une bordure de couteau, dans un mécanisme d'adhésion (5). En synchronisme avec cette action d'alimentation du film de polarisation (F), un panneau à cristaux liquides (W) alimenté à partir d'un dispositif de transfert de panneau (18) est transféré et guidé jusqu'au mécanisme d'adhésion (5), et le film de polarisation (F) est collé au panneau à cristaux liquides (W).

 一方面に保護フィルムが添設され、他方面にセパレータの添設された帯状の偏光フィルFをフィルム供給部1から繰り出し供給し、外観検査をした後、セパレータを残して保護フィルムと偏光フィルムFをレーザー装置11でハーフカットする。その後、剥離機構4に搬送案内してナイフエッジでセパレータを剥離しながら偏光フィルムFを貼合せ機構5に送り込む。この偏光フィルム5の送り込み動作に同調させてパネル搬送装置18から搬送されてくる液晶パネルWを貼合せ機構5に搬送案内し、液晶パネルWに偏光フィルムFを貼り合せる。
